Job description for a FEMALE Legal Accountant
 
. • Draft, analyze, and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, licenses, and other corporate documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice and support to corporate clients on a wide range of matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various issues related to UAE corporate law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and statutes. • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, ensuring the protection of the company's interests and adherence to legal requirements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings as necessary, and provide strategic guidance to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the management team, finance department, and other relevant teams to provide legal insights and ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with changes in UAE legal regulations and industry practices, and proactively advise the company on potential legal implications or risks that may impact business operations.
• Handle legal disputes and assist in resolving them through effective strategies that align with the company's best interests and legal guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
 
Qualifications:
 
• A Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university, with additional certifications or a Master's degree being a plus.
• Admission to the UAE Bar Association with a valid license to practice law in the UAE.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate law, commercial regulations, and familiarity with international legal practices.
• Proven track record of providing sound legal advice and delivering effective solutions in complex legal matters.
• Experience in company incorporation, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Preferably, candidates should have a full understanding of common law, particularly in jurisdictions such as DIFC, ADGM, and RAKICC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
